Biomedical Clinical Research (BCR)

Converting clinical floors into biomedical research centres
-1.jpg)
This project consists of the fit-out of the 15th and 16th floors of Guy’s Tower in London, which house both the Clinical and Biomedical Research Centres.
The 15th floor layout is logically graded with more specialist ‘clean’ spaces such as procedure rooms and overnight wards positioned further from the more public entrance area.
The 16th floor is a dynamic office environment that brings together several administering departments who oversee and facilitate clinical research. This floor features a mixture of office type accommodation, meeting spaces and a café, taking advantage of the views along the River Thames.
