Customer Service Centre

A Modern Twist on a Historic Building

The Customer Service Centre is located within the 19th century Grade “A” listed Municipal Buildings in Greenock. The building itself is viewed as the face of Inverclyde Council and is an important feature of the town.

The ground floor was refurbished to house the Council’s public services. The proposals include a contact center, meeting rooms, and a mezzanine floor for staff call handling. The mezzanine floor and floor-to-ceiling openings create a large flexible open-plan area within the constraints of the existing historic building.
