This West of Scotland Cancer Care Centre provides a new regional cancer service to the West of Scotland. It provides 22,500msq floor area, giving 173 in-patient beds for oncology, haemato-oncology, bone marrow transplant & tracy therapy, 45 day-case spaces for chemotherapy, 7 linear accelerator chambers, CT & MRI imaging, clinical research & support departments.
The work included reconfiguration of the existing Imaging Facility making provision for 2 additional MRI Scanners.
